By accessing or using the HyperOps website or platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms are entered into between you and HyperOps.com.
1. Service description
HyperOps is a governance, compliance, risk, and automation platform spanning six pillars — Decision Intelligence; Agentic Orchestration; Enterprise Data Foundation; Resiliency & Trust; Operational Excellence & Optimization; and Governance, Risk & Compliance. Feature-level detail for a given engagement is set out in a separate order form or statement of work.
2. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to circumvent security, no reverse engineering, and no use that violates third-party rights.
3. Intellectual property
HyperOps retains ownership of the platform and its content; the customer retains ownership of their own data and content.
4. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Using HyperOps does not itself constitute or guarantee legal or regulatory compliance or certification.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperOps's liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform is limited as set out in the applicable order form or statement of work.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate under the conditions set out in the applicable order form or statement of work; data handling on termination is described in the same section.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to HyperOps.com, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
